Many people today feel that there is no place in organized religion for deep thought, doubt or questions that challenge the status quo with spiritual and religious inquiry. SPAFER in Oxford, MS, is dedicated to creating such a place. Each month videos of well known authors and scholars in the area of religion and spirituality are shown with the opportunity of discussion following. During discussions all ideas and comments are welcomed and honored in a safe and respectful environment. SPAFER in Oxford offers an invitation to go beyond religious dogma and pursue the questions that deepen our understanding as we make our way through a life-long spiritual journey.
